Young Tories' Whatsapp leak reveals disgusting conversations
Whatsapp might be end-to-end encrypted, but it's certainly not screenshot-proof.
Conservative youth group Activate found this out the hard way recently, after some absolutely vile conversations they were having on Whatsapp were leaked to political commentary site Guido Fawkes.
Activate is a group of young Tories, aiming to get more people involved in right of centre politics using memes and talks. But their organisational chat group descended into disgusting talk, which you can see for yourself below.

Some of the worst things they mentioned were 'shooting peasants', 'gassing chavs', and using people for animal testing, before they were reprimanded by more senior people in the group.
A general rule of thumb, is that if you're worried about your chat coming off as Nazi, it probably is pretty Nazi.
The reactions were pretty strong.

Activate spokespeople responded to Guido Fawkes:
None of the people included in those messages currently have any seniority with the organisation. We are working on ensuring that the people in question are removed from the group as a whole, if still members. They were banned from the WhatsApp group in question when comments like this were made. The comments were sickening and are totally incompatible with what Activate is trying to achieve. We apologise for any offence that has been caused by the people in question. And stress our commitment to open discussion about the future of our party and country.
After everything that's gone on in the US, you think people would know better. Obviously not.
