This video just beat Gangnam Style to most watched on Youtube

We apologise in advance for the fact that Gangnam Style will now be stuck in your head, but we had to spread the news.

The Korean earworm that previously held the spot of most watched video on Youtube video of all time has been beaten - and it's probably not who you expected.

Whether you loved or hated the track, released by Psy in 2012, you can't argue with over 2.8 billion views.

So, what's gracing the new top spot? Charlie bit my finger? Leave Britney alone? Nope!

This Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth track, which has a distinctly more somber vibe than Gangnam Style, has surpassed it, even though it was released three years later.

At the time of writing it's racked up 2,896,582,157 views compared to Gangnam's 2,894,826,830.

The song is a tribute to late actor Paul Walker, and was part of the soundtrack to Fast and Furious 7.

Third and fourth spots are currently Justin Bieber's Sorry, and Mark Ronson's Uptown Funk.

Psy - looks like it's your move to release another annoying yet catchy banger.
