Chinese restaurant's 'vulgar advert' causes outrage

A Chinese restaurant has caused outrage over an offensive and sexist advert.

The Trendy Shrimp restaurant in Hangzhou has been inundated with complaints over a sexist policy that offers women discounts depending on the size of their boobs:

The restaurant posted the advert, which reads 'The whole city is looking for BREASTS', followed by a line of women in their underwear and a range of prices according to bra size.

The advert offers larger discounts to women with larger bra sizes, which has led to many local people complaining to the council about the restaurant.

However, the BBC reported that the restaurant owner, Lan Shenggang, defended the advert, saying

'Once the promotion started, customer numbers rose by about 20%... some of the girls we met were very proud - they had nothing to hide'

Despite this, the poster has now been removed... it's probably for the breast.
