"Masturbating ninja" terrifies university students

Seattle police have released images of a terrifying "masturbating ninja" that has been terrorising university students at the University of Washington.

The man, dubbed a wanted sex offender by most people, and a "naughty ninja" by the Daily Mail for some reason, has been caught on camera clad head to toe in a ninja outfit masturbating outside the front door of a student house on several occasions.

The "ninja" has been making visits to the student house around four times since November last year, police have said, obviously terrifying the student occupants.

A woman first reported the suspect masturbating outside the home on January 10th 2016. By February 7th he was caught on camera, though his costume somewhat prevents identification. The costume, captured on camera in footage that was released by the Seattle Police Department, covered every part of the man except his hands, eyes and genitals.

The man appears to be wearing toe shoes, and has tied a t-shirt around his head. If caught in the act, it'll be pretty difficult to explain away the costume.

Dark ninja costume

Local residents are asked to keep a lookout for the "ninja" and report any activity by the man to the police. The man is actually wearing dark clothing, like a traditional movie "ninja", but appears to be wearing bright white clothing due to the night-vision camera.

The man has appeared at 52nd Street and 12th Avenue, near the University of Washington, but could be operating in other areas.

The makeshift costume isn't historically accurate, Ninjas didn't actually wear anything like this as they would draw attention to themselves if they walked around looking like ninjas all the time.

The Seattle police have reminded everyone of the seriousness of the offence via twitter, as if anyone would need reminding how horrifying it would be to have this man show up outside their door. Seattle police ask anyone with information about the suspect to call 206-684-5575. He should be pretty easy to spot.
